3. Filtering and Monitoring Objectionable Content
To ensure compliance with this policy, Hero employs the following methods to filter and monitor objectionable content:
Automated Filters: We utilize advanced machine learning algorithms and automated filters to detect and flag potentially objectionable content in real-time.
Community Reporting: Our community members are encouraged to report any content they find objectionable. Users can report content directly from the app or website by clicking on the “Report” button associated with each post.
Moderation Team: Our dedicated moderation team reviews all flagged content and takes appropriate action to remove any material that violates our policy.
4. Reporting and Response Process
We take all reports of objectionable content seriously. Upon receiving a report, we will:
Immediate Review: Review the reported content within 24 hours.
Content Removal: Remove any content that violates our policy.
User Action: Eject or suspend the user responsible for posting the offending content if deemed necessary.
Feedback: Notify the user who reported the content of the action taken, if applicable.

Users can report objectionable content by:

Clicking on the "Report" button.
Selecting the reason for the report from the provided options.
Submitting the report for review.
