Wheeler-Rex 71000 Press-Snap Soil Pipe Cutter

Got this Wheeler-Rex Press-Snap soil pipe cutter. It's designed to work with most standard press tools to snap cast iron pipe pretty easily. It's been used but these things are built like tanks. Good if you do a lot of plumbing work and want to save some time over manual cutters. Chain looks to be in decent shape.
