Got some cool vintage Ohio license plate history here. This is a framed set featuring a 1943 windshield permit and a 1952 windshield sticker. Back during the wars they had to conserve metal so they used these stickers instead of issuing new metal plates every year. The 1943 one is a red permit that extended the use of '42 plates, and the 1952 one is a blue sticker for the Korean War era. Really neat pieces of history for a collector or someone into Ohio memorabilia. The frame also has some typed out history about the plate laws back then.
