Vintage Ceramic Parrot Flower Frog Figurine

Found this cool vintage ceramic parrot figurine. It's got some nice bright colors—greens, yellows, and blues—and it's perched on a dark stump that actually has holes in it, so I think it might be a flower frog or maybe a pen holder? Not 100% sure on the maker since there aren't any marks, but it has that classic mid-century look. It's in decent shape for its age, just a neat little piece of decor for a shelf or desk.
