Paul M. Norton Old State House Watercolor Print

Got this framed Paul M. Norton watercolor print of the Old State House in Little Rock. It's a pretty cool piece of Arkansas history, showing the building and the bridge over the river. The matting has a bunch of signatures on it, looks like it might have been a gift or from an event. The frame is a simple dark wood with a silver inner trim. It's in decent shape, just looking to pass it on to someone who appreciates local art or history. OBO
