Emergency Window Breaker and Seatbelt Cutter Tool

Got this emergency car tool for sale. It's one of those multi-purpose things with a window breaker on one end and a seatbelt cutter on the other. Has a red light on it too, probably for signaling if you're stuck on the side of the road. It's got some scuffs from being in the glovebox but looks like it'll do the job if you ever need it. Good to have just in case.
